Introduction

White Sky Uplift Apps ("we," "us," or "our") operates various mobile applications (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our Apps.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Depending on which app you use, the following information may be stored locally on your device:

• Job Management Apps (Babysitting Log, Dog Sitting Manager): Job records, dates, times, hours worked, earnings, payment status, client information (names, phone numbers, addresses), hourly rates, and custom notes
• Creative Apps (Doodle App): Your drawings, sketches, and artwork
• Game Apps (LDS Games): Game progress, scores, and preferences
• Utility Apps (Bra Sizing Guide): Measurements and sizing calculations
• UV and me: Your device's GPS coordinates (or a manually entered location), skin type and other sun-protection preferences you choose to set, sunscreen application timestamps, theme settings, and a cached copy of the last weather data fetched — all stored only on your device

Important: All of this data is stored exclusively on your device using secure local storage methods (such as Android Room database, Android DataStore, or SharedPreferences). We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device except as described below for UV and me's weather lookups.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't do:

• ❌ We do NOT collect or store your data on our own servers
• ❌ We do NOT sell or share your location, or any other data, with advertisers or data brokers
• ❌ We do NOT require you to create an account (for any app covered by this policy — see the CouplesChallenge scope note above)
• ❌ We do NOT collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or device fingerprints
• ❌ We do NOT use analytics or behavioral tracking tools
• ❌ We do NOT use crash-reporting SDKs (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics) — none of our apps include one
• ❌ We do NOT display advertisements

Location, for UV and me only: UV and me is a UV-index app and needs your approximate location to show relevant local data. With your permission, it reads your device's GPS location (or you can enter a location manually instead) and sends only those coordinates — never your name, account, or any other identifying information — to the third-party weather service described below, solely to fetch the UV index and forecast for that spot. Your location is never sent to us, stored on any server we control, or used for advertising.

How We Use Your Information

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not use your information for our own purposes beyond what's needed for the apps to function. The apps process your data entirely on your device (with one exception, described below) to provide their intended functionality:

• Job Management Apps: Track jobs, schedules, earnings, and client information
• Creative Apps: Save and display your artwork
• Game Apps: Save game progress and preferences
• Utility Apps: Perform calculations and display results
• UV and me: Uses your location to look up the UV index and forecast for that spot, and stores your sun-protection preferences to personalize its estimates

All calculations and data processing happen entirely on your device, except for UV and me's weather lookups, which are sent to the third-party service described below.

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

All app data is stored securely on your Android device using appropriate local storage mechanisms. The data is protected by your device's security features, including:

• Device lock screen (PIN, password, pattern, or biometric authentication)
• Android's built-in app sandboxing
• Secure file system permissions

Data Backup

Some of our apps may use Android's Auto Backup feature, which allows your data to be backed up to your Google Drive account (if you have enabled this in your device settings). This backup is:

• Encrypted by Google
• Only accessible to you
• Automatically managed by Android
• Completely optional (you can disable it in your device settings)

We do not control or have access to these backups.

Recommendations for Keeping Your Data Secure

We recommend:

• ✅ Use a strong device lock screen (PIN, password, or biometric)
• ✅ Keep your Android device updated with the latest security patches
• ✅ Only install apps from trusted sources
• ✅ Enable device encryption (enabled by default on most modern Android devices)

Encryption in Transit (UV and me)

UV and me's requests to Open-Meteo are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Since only anonymous coordinates are sent (never anything tied to your identity), there isn't personal data to protect in transit — but the connection itself is still encrypted end to end.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to anyone.

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we don't collect any data on our servers, there is nothing for us to share.

Third-Party Services

Most of our apps do not integrate with or use any third-party services, including:

• No analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics)
• No advertising networks
• No crash reporting services
• No social media integrations
• No cloud storage services

One exception — UV and me: to show you the UV index and forecast, UV and me sends your location's coordinates (latitude and longitude only — nothing that identifies you) to Open-Meteo, a free, third-party weather data provider, and receives UV/weather data in return. We don't control Open-Meteo's servers; you can review their own privacy practices at open-meteo.com/en/terms. No account, name, or device identifier is ever sent as part of this request.

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

Access Your Data

You can view all your data within the apps at any time.

Modify Your Data

You can edit or delete any records at any time within the apps.

Delete Your Data

You can delete your data in the following ways:

1. Delete Individual Records: Use the delete function within the app
2. Clear All Data: Uninstall the app to completely remove all data from your device
3. Android Settings: Clear the app's data through your device settings (Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Storage → Clear Data)

Note: Deleting the app or clearing its data will permanently remove all your information from your device. This action cannot be undone unless you have an Android backup.

Children's Privacy

Some of our apps are designed for teenagers and young adults (13+), while others are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at whiteskyupliftapps@gmail.com. However, please note that we do not collect any data on our servers.

International Users

Our apps are available worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device, your information never leaves your device or your country.

GDPR Compliance (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to Access: You can access all your data within the app
• Right to Rectification: You can edit your data in the app
• Right to Erasure: You can delete your data by deleting records or uninstalling the app
• Right to Data Portability: Contact us for assistance with data export
• Right to Object: You can stop using the app at any time

Since we don't collect your data on servers, most GDPR rights are automatically satisfied by the app's local-only design.

CCPA Compliance (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: We've disclosed what data the apps store locally
• Right to Delete: You can delete your data by uninstalling the app
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information

Permissions

Depending on the app, we may request certain Android permissions:

Common Permissions

• Storage: To save app data locally on your device
• Not requested by most apps: Camera (except Doodle App), Microphone, Contacts, Phone, SMS

UV and me's Permissions

UV and me requests a couple of permissions the rest of our apps don't, because they're core to what a UV-index app does:

• Location: To determine the UV index at your current spot. You can decline this and enter a location manually instead — location access is never required to use the app.
• Internet: To fetch UV index and weather data from Open-Meteo (see "Third-Party Services" above) for your selected location.
• Notifications: Only if you turn on the persistent UV notification or sunscreen-reapplication reminder in the app's settings — both are off by default.

Each app only requests permissions necessary for its core functionality.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• We will notify you through the app (if the change is significant)
• The updated policy will be posted at this URL

Your continued use of the apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not have data retention policies for external servers. The table below shows how long data sticks around and how to remove it:

Security Measures

While we implement reasonable security measures in the app's design, please be aware:

• The security of your data depends primarily on your device's security
• We cannot guarantee absolute security of data stored on your device
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• Lost or stolen devices may compromise your data if not properly secured
